Lifepoint Health® is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (CMA) for varied shifts. The role requires assisting with patient assessments and treatments, documenting care, and managing medical supplies.

Candidates must be licensed in Michigan as a CMA, have a High School Diploma, and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, tuition assistance, and well-being programs.

Formación

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required, licensed in Michigan.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a Medical Assistant program.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong critical-thinking skills, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to function in a stressful environment and respond appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physician or nurse under supervision with patient assessments and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Document patient care provided.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and teammates.
