Riverview Health in Noblesville, IN seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to support physicians with examinations, triage, injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, and patient care. This is a Monday–Friday, 40-hour position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved Medical Assistant program; certification as CMA or RMA and BLS. Preferred: 1+ year of Medical Office experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a qualified Medical Assistant program.
• Preferred: One year or more of Medical Office experience.
• Certification as Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for physician/provider examination and administer injections and immunizations.
• Perform laboratory testing, EKGs and other medical office testing/procedures.
• Schedule appointments, testing procedures and coordinate front office and clinical duties.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and arrange diagnostic testing and hospital admissions.
• Assist with patient assessment, triage, and documentation; support physician during examinations.
