Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Medical Assisting certification from one of the listed organizations is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required at hire for certain locations or preferred prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Review and update health records, verify test results, and ensure records are current.
• Measure vital signs and prepare examination rooms for visits.
• Support front-desk and clerical tasks as needed, including chart review and scheduling.
