UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the outpatient team. The role includes taking vitals, assisting clinicians, documenting in the EMR, collecting samples, and performing clerical duties in a busy clinic environment.
Responsibilities also cover patient prep, specimen handling, basic procedures, and coordination with insurers for pre-authorizations while delivering compassionate care in line with our Standards of Respect.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $21.90 - $31.94
