Job summary

The role requires MA-C licensure (or interim), BLS/CPR, and ambulatory care experience. Travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved MA program.
• Current MA-C license (or MA-Interim with certification within 90 days).
• BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days).
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Travel to other clinic locations may be required.
• Fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain histories and vital signs.
• Track and document clinical quality measures in the EHRA.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and charting.
• Administer medications and immunizations per protocol.
• Coordinate labs, referrals, and specialty care.
• Provide excellent customer service using the AIDET model.
