Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate to support routine patient care in a fast-paced clinic. You will handle patient intake, document results, and assist with procedures while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires basic High School education, 1+ year of related experience, and BLS/CPR plus CMA/CMAC/ARMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certifications. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

High School Grad or Equivalent (Required).
Experience: 1+ year of related work experience preferred.
Licenses: BLS/CPR and CMA/CMAC/ARMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certificates or equivalents.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients and equipment for treatment and document results in the system.
Assist with minor procedures and ensure accurate documentation of services.
Monitor inventory and maintain equipment and supplies.
Provide patient care during office visits, including intake, screenings, and medication administration.
