• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Stays up to date with policies and procedures and ensures compliance with standards.
• Maintains education requirements and demonstrates competency through annual clinical tests.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment and documents results in the system.
• Maintains OSHA regulatory compliance and safety processes.
• Provides comprehensive patient care during visits, including intake and exams.
• Keeps patient and employee information confidential.
• Supports staff by assisting patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Performs clinical intake including history, vital signs, and medications reconciliation.
• Assists with minor procedures and ensures proper documentation.
• Educates patients on tests, medications and diet with clear instructions.
• Monitors inventory and maintains equipment.
