Responsibilities

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Maintains education requirements and demonstrates competency through annual clinical competencies and tests.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment; initiates testing and documents results.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Provides whole care to patients during visits including intake, test results, screenings, labs, medications, and closing care gaps.
• Maintains confidentiality of employees' and patients' information.
• Supports staff teamwork by assisting patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Performs clinical intake including screenings, history taking, vital signs, and med reconciliation.
• Assists with minor procedures and ensures documentation at time of service or results.
• Educates patients regarding tests, medications, and diet with clear instructions.
• Monitors and manages inventory and ensures equipment readiness.
