Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology required.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management required.
• Experience with computers required.

Responsibilities

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Maintains education requirements and completes annual clinical competencies and tests.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment and documents results in the system.
• Delivers whole patient care during visits including intake, test results, screenings, labs, and care gap closure.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and patient information.
• Assists patients, visitors, and co-workers as needed.
• Performs clinical intake with screenings, history, vital signs, and med reconciliation.
• Assists with minor procedures and documents results.
• Educates patients on tests, medications, and diet.
• Manages inventory and ensures supplies and equipment function.
