Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Accredited medical assisting program training preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients after paperwork and records chief complaint in chart.
• Double checks chart and ensures tests or results are available before physician sees patient.
• Prepares exam rooms with needed equipment and supplies.
• Orders and maintains clinical and office supplies as required.
• Assist PCCs with prescription refills and form completion; reschedule appointments.
