Responsibilities

• Assists providers with clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, wound care, injections, phlebotomy, vaccines, and EKGs.
• Prepares and cleans exam rooms for patient visits and procedures.
• Performs patient intake duties, including test results and phone triage.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and assists with scheduling and referrals.
• Maintains organized workload and ensures courteous, efficient service.
