Job summary

Axia Women's Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join the Lexington Women's Health Care Center, with locations in Lexington, Hamburg, and Brannon Crossing. Core hours are 8:00-5:00, Monday through Friday, supporting patient care and clinic operations.

You will record patient vitals, assist with procedures, perform venipuncture, maintain EMR records, and uphold HIPAA and safety standards while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• National CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred OB/GYN experience and teamwork.
• Greenway experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with care, record vital signs and medical history.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens.
• Assist providers during procedures and screenings.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper billing documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
