Harbor Health seeks skilled Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. We are a new multi-specialty clinic group focused on a payvider model and patient-centered care.

The CMA will support routine clinical operations, perform intake, collect specimens, and assist with procedures, while ensuring accurate EHR documentation and top-notch patient service. A CMA with CPR and English proficiency is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or ability to renew/apply.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or similar clinical environment.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Computer proficiency to enter information in EHR and compile reports.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and ability to organize and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical team to execute care tasks as ordered by providers.
• Deliver care according to each member's individualized care plan.
• Perform client intake, collect lab specimens, and administer immunizations.
• Chart accurately in electronic medical records (EHR).
• Assist with minor procedures and other supportive functions.
