Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support Internal Medicine teams. You will greet patients, assist with examinations, perform basic procedures, and help with registration and charting.

The role requires MA training and certification, CPR, and possibly phlebotomy within 90 days. Epic EMR experience preferred. The compensation includes base pay with incentives and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences.
• Active medical assistant certification through AMT / NCCT / NHA / ARMA / AAMA.
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in a medical office with patient care and using an EMR (Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs, and health history.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures; assist with injections and dressing changes.
• Handle prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, and charting; conduct onsite lab tests (EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, urine tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and provide excellent patient service.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
