Harbor Health in El Paso, TX is seeking skilled Certified Medical Assistants to join our growing team. We operate as an entirely new multi-specialty clinic group using a payvider model to co-create health with patients, providers, and payers.

As a CMA, you will help ensure smooth clinic operations while delivering compassionate, member-centered care. Ideal candidates have CMA certification, 3+ years in primary care, CPR certification, and strong English communication, with a focus on teamwork

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CMA certification or ability to renew/apply for certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or similar clinical environment.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and support skills; ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Effective and professional communication with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member while functioning independently.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with the clinical team to execute care tasks as ordered by providers.
• Deliver care according to each member's individualized care plan.
• Perform client intake, collect lab specimens, and administer immunizations.
• Chart accurately in electronic medical records (EHR).
• Assist with minor procedures and other supportive functions for the clinical team.
• Complete opening and closing tasks each day to prepare for daily clinic operations.
• Support the care team to ensure members' needs are met and hand-offs are appropriately conducted.
