Vanguard Medical Group, a multi-office primary care provider in New Jersey, seeks a Certified Medical Assistant II to support providers and clinic operations. You will handle routine clinical tasks, patient care, and EMR documentation with increasing independence.

You will join a team focused on delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating visits, and driving efficient workflows in a fast-paced setting. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after six months of service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in medical office or ambulatory setting.
• Knowledge of EMR workflows and office operations.
• Ability to work with provider directions and guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare exam rooms and assist during exams and procedures.
• Take and record vital signs and patient history.
• Administer medications/injections and document in EMR.
• Perform in-office tests (EKG, urine dips, strep) and phlebotomy as needed.
• Assist with minor procedures and wound care.
• Educate patients on medications and care plans.
• Prepare charts, review prior notes and lab results.
• Support front desk for patient flow and scheduling.
