Texas Oncology is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support our Mansfield, TX location. The position level (1, 2, or Sr) will depend on candidate experience.

Role Responsibilities
  • Escort patients and assist with exams and procedures.
  • Record patient data, prepare exam rooms, and assist physicians.
  • Administer injections as delegated, maintain disinfection protocols.
  • Handle patient calls, schedule updates, and perform clerical duties.
  • Support order entry under supervision.
Qualifications

Level 1: High school diploma, 0-3 years experience, BCLS certification within 3 months, CMA preferred.

Level 2: Minimum 3 years experience, phlebotomy preferred, CMA preferred.

Level Sr: Minimum 5 years experience, current CPR certification.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Requires handling, lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, walking, and exposure to clinical hazards. Accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
