Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant I for a full-time day shift in Morristown, NJ to support clinical operations and provide direct and indirect patient care under physician supervision.

The role emphasizes patient intake, vitals, documentation, and coordination with the care team; EPIC EMR experience and strong communication are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; national CMA certification required.
• CCMA certification from an approved certifying body is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake, update medical records, and record vital signs.
• Record and verify clinical data, collect specimens, and assist under physician supervision.
• Support walk-in and scheduled visits, ensure data accuracy and quality standards.
• Assist with referrals and coordination of patient care within the team.
