Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant Program or equivalent medical office experience.
• BLS certification required.
• National third-party certification (AMCA/AAMA/AMT/CCMA/NCMA) within 13 months of hire for non-certified MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and procedures.
• Support efficient flow of patients through the clinic or medical office.
• Communicate test results and schedules to patients under supervision.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality; use EMR and related software.
