Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Answer phones, screen calls, take messages and provide information.
• Distribute and review forms for completion and signatures.
• Check in patients, verify information, and obtain IDs/insurance cards.
• Review and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain lobby and work area orderly and stocked with pamphlets.
• Maintain daily numbers and monthly scorecards.
• Confirm appointments and document call/visit details.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and safety per OSHA.
