• Answer, screen, and direct calls; take messages and provide information.
• Check in patients and verify/update medical record information; collect IDs and insurance cards.
• Maintain lobby area and restock pamphlets; document daily communications.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA/OSHA guidelines.
