Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with correct credentials (CMA/RMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as directed by the provider.
• Assists providers with patient exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Keeps exam rooms stocked and clean and manages supplies.
• Performs basic waived lab testing and specimen handling.
• Relays information between providers and patients and coordinates referrals.
• Schedules diagnostic or follow-up visits and documents in the chart.
