Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical Medical Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant certificate required
• Experience with EMR systems (Athena preferred)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds
• Experience with patient intake and vital signs

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and record data in EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Assist providers with procedures and instruments.
• Perform EKGs, urinalysis, tests as ordered.
• Handle patient portal messages, refills, and scheduling needs
