Memorial Health Clinic in Aurora, NE is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with required weekend rotations, under the direction of a health care provider to manage patient education and care.

The CMA will use nursing processes, collaborate with providers, perform clinical duties, document care, and uphold HIPAA and regulatory standards to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care under a health care provider.
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate medical and nursing management.
• Perform clinical nursing functions to meet quality measures and preventive care.
• Handle emergency treatment within CMA scope of practice.
• Document patient care and maintain records.
• Promote patient and staff safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of records.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations governing operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
