Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for our Family Health Center. Under direct supervision, you will perform patient-care tasks, assist with lab and office duties, and ensure patient confidentiality.

The role supports a wide patient age range and requires completion of an accredited CMA program with CMA certification within six months of hire, or equivalent certification through NCCT/ARMA/NRCMA. Full-time schedule 8:30am–5:00pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Complete CMA education from a CAAHEP/ABHES program and obtain CMA certification within 6 months of hire.
• Option 1: CMA certification with NCCT/ARMA/NHA, or ARMA/NCCT; complete Broadlawns-approved CMA program.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected patient-care tasks for patients of all ages in the clinic setting.
• Perform laboratory and office duties as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate data entry.
