Job summary

EngageMED, Inc. is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) to support clinical teams. Under supervision, you will perform vital signs, phlebotomy as needed, injections, and administer vaccines while ensuring patient safety and privacy.

You will assist providers and maintain clinical workflow with accuracy and empathy. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to medical terminology and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current national CMA/RMA/NRCMA certification required.
• BLS or ACLS certification required.
• Experience with clinical procedures and medical equipment preferred.
• Basic computer skills for medical management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care per clinical protocols and record vital signs.
• May draw blood and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered.
• Record patient information and ensure privacy and safety.
• Escalate non-routine issues to Clinic manager or provider.
• Maintain safety checklists and quality controls.
