Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association.
• Must hold one of the following national medical assisting credentials: CCMA, CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA or equivalent.
• Multiple certs listed in the job posting are acceptable; choose one to satisfy credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatments ordered by provider under supervision.
• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and prepare treatment rooms.
• Perform basic clerical duties: answer phones, schedule patients, maintain records.
• Stock and manage supplies and maintain a clean clinical environment.
• Document encounters, list diagnoses and follow-up instructions as directed.
