Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for the Family Practice team in Brandon, FL. The role supports physicians and APPs in an ambulatory setting, performs patient data collection, assists during examinations, and ensures smooth workflow.

You will work a varied schedule with some weekend coverage and have access to education and career growth programs, comprehensive benefits, and PSLF eligibility.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school or at least one year of verifiable CMA experience in a patient care setting.
• Maintains current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification and CMA/CSMA/CMAC/National CMA credentials as listed in the ad.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians or APPs during examinations and procedures.
• Collect patient data through interviews and observations and document in EMR.
• Support quality initiatives, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with patients and families.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to maintain workflow.
