The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, MA program completion, CMA/RMA certification, and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.

Aufgaben

• Perform clinical procedures under supervision of the Provider.
• Assist Providers during patient examinations and procedures.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and conduct intake interviews; document vital signs in the medical record.
• Provide patient education and instructions as directed by the Provider.
• Review and file reports, lab results, and documentation in the patient’s record.
• Maintain exam rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Manage incoming calls and take accurate messages.
• Triage and route messages to Providers promptly.
• Maintain clinical logs and conduct routine safety checks.
• Comply with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Lead or Office Manager.
