Qualifications

• Must have BLS provider within 30 days of hire date/transfer date.
• One or more MA credentials required within 90 days of hire/transfer date: AAMA, NHA, AMT, NCCT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient support: assist with examinations, measure vital signs, and perform ordered procedures under supervision.
• Clinical and administrative flow: prepare rooms, maintain cleanliness, and manage basic supply stocking.
• Accurate documentation: interview for medical history, chart information, and transcribe orders for labs, imaging and meds.
• Office management: handle calls and maintain organized patient records to support smooth workflow.
