Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Completion of two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces acceptable.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant including vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 6 months healthcare experience.
• 6 months medical assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Front desk, patient registration, insurance billing and payment collection.
• Assist with exams and procedures under licensed provider supervision.
• Administer medications and perform tests as required.
