Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) required.
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) preferred.
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides whole care to patients during office visits.
• Assists with minor procedures and ensures accurate documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality of administrative and medical information.
• Supports staff teamwork and assists patients, visitors, and co-workers.
