Responsibilities

• Perform clinical intake including screenings, history taking, vital signs and medication reconciliation.
• Provide patient care during office visits, including tests, labs, medications and care gaps closure.
• Ensure accurate documentation and protect patient confidentiality.
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies and medical equipment are stocked and functioning.
• Educate patients about tests, medications and diet with clear instructions.
