Sign-On for Eligible New Hires

Work location: 101 Crown Pointe Boulevard, Suite 360, Willow Park, TX 76087

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm & Fridays 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Travel: 25% – Once weekly on Wednesday to satellite clinic at 909 S.E. Parkway, Suite 102, Azle, TX 76020 (mileage reimbursement provided)
