Texas Health Resources is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a fast-paced, high-volume clinic in Flower Mound, TX. This full-time position requires CMA certification, high school diploma, and BCLS, with preferred 1 year CMA experience.

The role includes patient check-out, scheduling, communications of test results, and ensuring patient safety and privacy. On-site work with a strong team focus and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED)
• NO NEW CMA'S; experience is a must!
• One year CMA experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
• Successful completion of THPG Clinical Training (CT) educational program with demonstrated competency in required skills - within 90 days of job entry (REQUIRED)
• BCLS upon hire (REQUIRED)

Responsabilités

• Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process
• Conducts patient check out, surgery scheduling and post operative calls as primary function of position
• Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician
• Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights
• May work in the front office as needed
• May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)

Certified Medical Assistant Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant Sign-On for Eligible New Hires. Work Location: 4001 Long Prairie Road - Suite 123 Flower Mound, TX 75028. Work Hours: Fulltime; 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (730am-430pm).
