The clinic comprises Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Pulmonary, and Cardio-thoracic surgery across four hallways: Hallway AB/Lung Transplant/CT Surgery (Pre & Post lung transplant, Cystic Fibrosis, Cardiothoracic Surgery), Hallway C/Pulmonary (Lung Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, COPD, Asthma/Allergy, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Sarcoidosis), Hallway D/Electrophysiology (Syncope, Devices, Heart Arrhythmias), and Hallway F/G (Heart Transplant, Advanced Heart Failure, LVAD, Same Day Access, Cardiac-oncology).

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing direct patient care. The CMA performs routine administrative and patient care duties, assisting medical and nursing staff in examinations and treatments, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Level I: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred; high school or GED required.
Level II & III: Graduation from an accredited program preferred; high school or GED required.
