Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking an Immediate Certified Medical Assistant on a contract basis at our Corporate Health Clinic in Maple Grove, MN. The role requires frontline clinic support, patient prep, vitals, and basic admin tasks.

Schedule: Mon/Wed 7:00am–5:00pm, Tue/Thu 8:00am–6:00pm, Fri 7:00am–11:00am. Pay rate is $30.00 per hour, assignment through 12/27/2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with hands-on clinical experience.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, records information on charts.
• Assist with front desk and administrative duties as needed.
• Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination.
• Cleans and sterilizes instruments.
• Inventories and orders medical supplies.
• Operates ECG and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests.

Pay Rate: $30.00/hr

Work Schedule:

• Monday and Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:00pm
• Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Friday - 7:00am to 11:00am

Contract Details:

• Assignment through 12/27/2026 (possible extension)

Job Details:

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts
• Assist with front desk and administrative duties as needed
• Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination
• Cleans and sterilizes instruments
• Inventories and orders medical supplies and materials
• Operates electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant with prior occupational health or emergency/acute care experience a plus
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus
• Current hands-on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
