Hiring an experienced CMA - Certified Medical Assistant to join in a primary care clinic for employees at a prestigious company in Indianapolis, IN!

Position: Certified Medical Assistant

Location:Indianapolis, IN 46256

Pay:$21/hr

Schedule:9 am to 5 pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience

Schedule patient appointments and conduct follow-up calls as needed

Perform administrative duties, including completing OSHA-regulated and company-specific forms, and assisting at the front desk

Conduct patient interviews and record vital signs such as pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height

Prepare exam rooms and patients for medical evaluations

Operate EKG and other diagnostic equipment to perform routine tests

Administer injections, treatments, and basic laboratory tests as directed

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Overview/Requirements:

Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic

Previous experience in Urgent care, Emergency care, Occupational health, or similar settings is a plus.

Experience with EPIC EMR is highly preferred

Must be nationally certified or able to provide a CMA Diploma with Transcripts

Must have an active Basic Life Support (BLS)from AHA or be able to get one before starting
