Position summary

You will be an integral part of our clinical team, supporting providers in delivering excellent care to our patients. This role involves both traditional MA duties and support for our innovative mental health treatment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary Care Support: Measure vital signs, record patient medical histories, prepare exam rooms, assist with routine procedures.
• Behavioral Health Support: Support mental health providers, maintain a quiet and confidential intake environment, and help coordinate psychiatric follow-ups.
• Ketamine Clinic Support: Prepare specialized treatment rooms and monitor patient vital signs and comfort during and after ketamine sessions.
• Administrative Duties: Greet patients, update electronic health records (EHR), and answer inquiries with empathy.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow strict clinical safety protocols, sterilize equipment, and maintain clean treatment areas

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), active BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in an outpatient medical, psychiatric setting.
• Skills: Phlebotomy proficient, strong computer skills, and a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to patient care.
• Salary: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $28 per hour (depending on experience).
