Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day-shift, full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the Breast Care Center team in Amarillo, TX. The CMA will provide clinical and administrative support, ensuring high-quality patient care within a collaborative clinic setting.

Ideal candidates will have CMA or RMA certification, EMR and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain BLS within 14 days of start. A strong commitment to patient comfort and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist program.
• Current national certification as a CMA or RMA.
• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program.
• Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree.
• Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting supporting patient care.
