Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant in Katy, TX to support clinical and administrative operations at our clinic. You will assist with patient care, blood draws, vaccines, and EHR management under the supervision of a licensed Independent Provider.

The role requires CMA or RMA certification, BLS, and 1+ year of healthcare experience. On-site, full-time with up to 5% travel; bilingual Spanish is a plus. A high school diploma and accredited medical assisting program are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program required.
• Active CMA or RMA certification preferred/required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, vital signs, histories and exams.
• Perform venipuncture, administer vaccines, and assist with procedures.
• Manage electronic health records and patient documentation.
• Support billing, coding, and insurance claims processing.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and pre-visit information flow.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
