Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited CMA program (CAAHEP/ABHES) or US Armed Forces program.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year CMA experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare examination rooms before patient arrival.
• Assist with patient check-ins, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Check vital signs (temp, pulse, BP, respiration, oximeter).
• Document patient history and vitals on the correct form.
• Perform diagnostic procedures when ordered.
• Maintain examination room stock and perform routine maintenance.
• Enter demographic data and encounter details in CIS.
• Maintain productivity and participate in PI activities.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
