Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with procedures and contributes to a medical plan of care.
• Manages medication administration knowledge and technique.
• Reconciles medications in the EMR with patient encounters.
• Performs medication order entry in EMR per policy guidelines.
• Administers provider-ordered medications per policy guidelines.
• Documents patient intake, vital signs, allergies, and history accurately in the medical record.
• Register patients and handle front desk tasks and scheduling as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
