Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting Program preferred
• BLS certification required
• 3 years healthcare experience in lieu of MA diploma or certification

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and supports Tenet Physician Resources mission and policies
• Assist in vital signs, history, and assessments; prepare equipment
• Administer injections and venipuncture; perform basic lab tests
• Maintain charting and documentation per policy; assist with exams and procedures
• Support front desk duties and referral processing as needed
