Job summary

DelRicht Research in the United States seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care in our clinical trials network across 33 sites.

As a core contact for sponsors and CROs, you will ensure accurate data entry, seamless visits, and a positive, compliant patient experience throughout our studies.

This full-time role offers a salary of $50,000–$60,000 with strong benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active CMA/CCMA/RMA certification or RN/LPN license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (B.S./B.A.).

Responsibilities

• Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
• Patient enrollment and retention activities are executed with focus and follow-through
• Clinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
• Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
• Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
• Physicians receive timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site tem

Certified Medical Assistant’s Main Objective: Overall, the Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:

Skills needed to win:

Required: 1+ of professional experience

Required: Active medical assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA) or nursing license (RN or LPN)

Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university

Preferred: Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position

Preferred: Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role

Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
