Lava Heights Academy and Falcon Ridge Ranch are residential treatment programs that provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.
Pay: $20.00 per hour.
As the Medical Assistant you will be working as a staff member of the Student Services team. Primarily responsible for serving as an assistant to the entire Student Health Services Department. Coordinates the flow of students to be seen by the health care professionals within program and the scheduling of students to be by outside health care professional. The Medical Assistant conducts student medical appointment transports when necessary.
8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour break (8 hour Shift).
5 days working and 2 days off, coordinated through supervisor.
