Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Primary Care Clinic (Seattle, WA)
Contract | Full-Time | Weekdays Only

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a 13-week contract assignment at a high-profile onsite primary care clinic in Seattle, WA. This opportunity is with a clinic that supports the employees and dependents of a leading global tech company in a professional, fast-paced, and patient-focused environment.

Location: Onsite corporate health clinic in Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week

Shift: Day shift only (no nights or weekends)

Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

Support primary care providers in delivering comprehensive care for adults and eligible dependents

Administer immunizations, conduct point-of-care testing and may support lab draws

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic)

Ensure smooth clinic operations by assisting with scheduling, supplies, and patient follow-up

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (AAMA, AMT, or equivalent)

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

At least 1 year of recent CMA experience in a clinical setting

Familiarity with electronic health records (Epic experience is a plus)

Strong communication, adaptability, and customer service skills
