We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant and Scribe to join our team in Westminster, CA. We are looking for a team-orientated applicant to assist in transcribing patient visits and help provide quality care for our patients.

Hours: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Recording patient's vital signs, prepping exam rooms, restocking supplies
• Asking them questions about their medical history, and scribing while the doctor sees patients
• Scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, answering phone calls
• Order labs and imaging

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Equivalent work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commitment of at least 1 year

Preferred

• At least 1 year of prior experience as a medical assistant and/or scribe
