Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians, chiropractors, and other medical professionals with patient care
• Obtain vital signs, patient history, and document information in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure a clean, organized environment
• Perform clinical procedures such as EKGs, phlebotomy, and wound care (if applicable)
• Educate patients on procedures, medications, and post-visit care
• Assist with scheduling, prior authorizations, and medical documentation
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required
• One or more years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
• Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or chiropractic care is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology
