Actalent is seeking a Medical Assistant to support a high-volume colorectal outpatient clinic in Austin, TX. This contract-to-hire role requires you to perform back-office patient care, prepare patients for examinations, and maintain privacy and clear communication throughout visits.

You will verify insurance, enter data, document vital signs and medical histories in the EHR, and help ensure smooth patient check-in and care coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required.
• Medical Assistant certification required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
